“The only thing that I can complain about is that they don't put liners in the trash cans! I feel that is VERY unsanitary! People put diapers, ect all sorts of things in the cans. I know times are tough, but maybe they should pick something else to try to save money!$$$”

“Pros: The property is beautiful upon driving in there is a beautiful lazy river pool with a swim up bar and right across from the beach. They allow up to 2 dogs for a non-refundable 125 fee and there is a large dog park at the back with 2 gated areas, which can open into one large area and plenty of bags and a trash receptacle. The hotel is also near rainforest cafe which is exciting since I haven’t been there since childhood. Fridge that works. Smart tv to view Netflix/Disney. Comfortable bed....

“We absolutely loved this hotel! Our experience was excellent from start to finish. The room was very comfortable, spacious, spotless, and included a kitchen, exactly as shown in the photos. We were also fortunate to have a spectacular ocean view that made our stay even more special. The breakfast was delicious, and the service was outstanding. We would especially like to thank Raul at the front desk, who welcomed us warmly and provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and places...

“Location is incredible, and you could tell the hotel was trying to do improvements. Room amenities are basic, but enough for what we required. There were some points of cleanliness in the room that were left to be desired - dirty carpet, bathroom. Bed linens and towels were clean. Breakfast was great. Hotel staff were all friendly in our encounters. All things considered, we would stay at this property again.”
