“Upon arrival there was no one at the desk to check us in for at least 3-4 minutes. My husband had to whistle to get someone to come out of the office, which was located right behind the desk to help us and there was no apology for making us wait. “I was so disappointed that I was not able to utilize the pool area due to a large private event being held the weekend of my stay 4/08/26. I purposely chose the hotel for the swimming pool and had I known I would not been able to use, I would have gone with a different hotel. The staff were rude as well especially the front hosts. “Room was not as advertised. There were several bugs, including cockroaches in our room and the room our friend stayed in. Breakfast was mediocre and I found a hair in my oatmeal on day one. Pool was freezing cold and the hot tub was broken which was not communicated until we arrived. The staff was mediocre as well. I asked for a pack and play for our baby thinking they would bring it to our room but instead I had to lug it up with pillows and blankets as well. Nobody was going out of their way...
